Gateway Marina and Resort @ Lighthouse Landing

The initial Fund investments will be made in the “shovel-ready” Gateway Marina and Resort @ Lighthouse Landing , located in an Opportunity Zone in St. Louis, Missouri along the Mississippi River.  The $400 million development on approximately 70 acres will consist of a first class marina and yacht club, multiple hotels, and a convention center.  The project will be enhanced with additional retail and entertainment attractions including a world class Indoor Water Park and Hotel, multiple riverfront Restaurants and Shops, plus much more.  Because of its location and amenities, “Gateway Marina and Resort @ Lighthouse Landing” will become the “Go-to Location” in the Center of America, with unmatched riverfront views, activities, and access to the Mississippi River.

Hotel & Indoor Water Park

The Founders have obtained LOI’s for the marina and ancillary riverfront amenities (Dry stack storage, hotel, condos, restaurants & retail) and a large themed Hotel and Indoor Water Park.  The Fund will partner with the leading national marina management company to further develop and operate the marina and riverfront property and with a national hotel management company to build and operate the themed Indoor Water Park and Hotel.  The Fund will also provide required Equity to complete the balance of the hospitality, food & beverage, entertainment and retail components of the Resort. These investments will be in real estate secured opportunity zone property.
